Branding, Graphic Apparel Design

Branding & apparel collection for Handplant, a snowboarding focused apparel brand founded by snowboarding influencer Ryan Purvis. Purvis imagined a brand inspired by 90's snowboarding & skating culture and referencing the visual of home videos, iconic mountain scenes, and analog to early digital culture.

The goal for Handplant's branding was to evoke to grittiness of 90's skate and snowboarding culture.
A variety of marks were created different applications on technical & casual apparel.
A color palette was chosen based on colors of Lupine, one of the most common flowers on the mountains of the east coast.
